Decisions by VTI Technologies' Extraordinary General Meeting

VTI Technologies Oy's Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 October 2007 made the following decision concerning the composition of the Board:

Mr Bjørn Høi Jensen, Senior Partner of EQT Partners, was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr Jensen is the Head of EQT Equity, and in this role he leads the EQT Equity business line and reports to the Managing Partner of EQT. Mr Jensen is a Board member in Sanitec Oy and Symrise GmbH.

Ordinary members of the Board of Directors of VTI are Dr Peter Grafoner (Chairman), Hasse Johansson, Kurt Hellström, Bjørn Høi Jensen, Petri Myllyneva and Tuomo Lähdesmäki, and deputy member Joonas Kettunen.
